How to use Gamarde Bronzoral capsules?
Take 2 capsules daily with a large glass of water, preferably during a meal. Begin the course 15 days before sun exposure, then continue throughout. This supplement helps prepare your skin gently for the sun.
Tip: Combine with sunscreen for optimal protection.
