Nutergia Ergy D Vitamin D3 is a natural oil-based solution designed to support immune balance and bone health. This food supplement, rich in natural vitamin D3, meets the specific needs of growing children and adults during periods of muscle or bone vulnerability.
Natural, bioavailable vitamin D3
Derived from lanolin exposed to UVB rays—mimicking the body’s natural skin synthesis—Ergy D provides highly absorbable vitamin D3. The formula is enriched with oleic cold-pressed sunflower oil, stabilised with vitamin E to preserve its nutritional quality. Vitamin D plays a key role in maintaining normal bones and supports optimal immune function, making it particularly valuable during high-risk seasons or growth phases.
Suitable for all ages and needs
This oil-based supplement is especially well-suited to children, whose bone development requires regular vitamin D intake, as well as adults experiencing fragility (such as during menopause, ageing, or intense physical activity). Its liquid form ensures easy absorption and precise dosing, with 200 IU per drop—ideal for gentle, gradual supplementation. Scientific evidence highlights its importance for both vitamin balance and hormonal support, reinforcing its role in overall health.
Combining natural ingredients with proven efficacy, this formula offers daily support for all ages and seasons.
*ERGY D Plus is not recommended for children under 11. For younger children, use ERGY D instead.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the best time to take Nutergia Ergy D? It’s recommended to take Nutergia Ergy D in the morning, ideally with a meal that includes healthy fats, such as eggs, avocado, or plant-based oils. Since vitamin D is fat-soluble, pairing it with dietary lipids improves its absorption and bioavailability. Morning intake also supports optimal daily uptake and action, especially when supplementing during darker months.
Why should I take Nutergia Ergy D? Nutergia Ergy D is particularly useful during autumn and winter, or whenever sunlight exposure is limited. Its vitamin D content supports the immune system, helps maintain normal bone health, and plays a role in overall physical and mental wellbeing. Used as part of a balanced lifestyle, it can help bridge nutritional gaps and support your body's needs throughout the year.
Are there any precautions before taking Nutergia Ergy D? Yes. Like all food supplements, it’s important to follow the recommended dosage and avoid extended use without medical supervision. Excessive vitamin D can lead to imbalances, particularly with calcium metabolism.
If you are taking medication, living with kidney disorders or prone to hypercalcaemia (high calcium levels in the blood) it’s best to speak with your GP or pharmacist before starting supplementation. This ensures the dose is safe and adapted to your individual health profile.
