ERGY 3 is an original combination of wild fish oils (anchovies and sardines), rich in omega-3 essential fatty acids (EPA and DHA). A daily intake of EPA and DHA at a dose of 250 mg is known to support a cardiac function.
Omega-3s provide our body with two types of acids: -Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) is one of the polyunsaturated fatty acids found in certain plant oils (walnut oil, rapeseed, soy, hemp, flax, etc.) and oilseeds (walnuts, flax, almonds). Cannot be produced by our body and must therefore be provided by food. - The docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) synthesized thanks to ALA does not cover all our metabolic needs.
