How to use it
Fat Regul ® can be taken in two different ways:
as a continuous program to reduce caloric intake daily: take 3 tablets twice a day (noon and night) just before the meal, with a large glass of water
Occasionally, during a meal richer in fat than usual (birthday, evening with friends, business lunches): take 3 tablets punctually before the meal. Always with a big glass of water.
Fat Regul ® can be combined with other products in the Slimming Active ® range for an increased efficiency.
