Known as BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids), valine, leucine and isoleucine are predominant in muscle tissue. These amino acids are essential. Not synthesized by our bod, they must be provided by food or nutritional supplements. The ratio 4: 1: 1 (4 Leucine for 1 Isoleucine and 1 Valine) is the actual ratio of muscle BCAA metabolism during training for an optimal absorption. BCAAs are among the 8 essential amino acids and constitute 35% of the essential amino acids of the muscle. BCAA 4-1-1 is a source of vitamin B6 prompting energy metabolism and reducing fatigue.

How to use it
Take 6 capsules per day. Preferably 3 capsules 1h30 before training and 3 capsules 1h30 after training with a large glass of water, or as recommended by a professional trainer.
Take during periods of intensive training or competition over 20 days, renew at least 20 days apart. Box of 120 capsules or 20 workouts.
