How to use it
Take 1 ampule in the morning, with breakfast, preferably diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml). Renew several times a year, in particular during the change of seasons.

Average nutritional information: For 1 ampule (10ml) Propolis extract* 125 mg Ginseng extract** 375mg Royal Jelly 500mg Acerola juice concentrate 200 mg (1) Ginseng root extract obtained from 1.5 g of ginseng (2) Propolis extract obtained from 50 mg of propolis This product is not recommended for children under 15, pregnant or breastfeeding women, in the absence of sufficient data on ginseng. If you are on anticoagulant treatment, ask your doctor for advice. Ginseng can lower blood sugar. If you are on treatment for diabetes, consult a healthcare professional.
