Guarana is a climbing shrub grown in South America, mainly in Brazil and Venezuela. Its name comes from the Guarani, Amerindians of the Amazon who consumed guarana during times of hunger to better endure hunger. They were the first to discover all the physiological effects of this plant.
Several studies have shown that guarana helps improve cognitive performance.

Main Ingredient : ginseng

Ginseng is a perennial herb 30 to 50 cm tall, grown mainly in the Korean peninsula and northeastern China. It helps reduce fatigue and improve cognitive performance.
