How to use it
Take with meals. Recovery or maintenance: 1 tablet a day.

Nutritional analysis for one tablet: Bulking agent: Sorbitol | Boswellia serrata extract - 145mg Turmeric root extract - 125 mg Clove tree (Eugenia caryophyllus extract) - 50 mg including 15 mg beta-caryophyllene and 35 mg rice starch Essential oils: Ginger (Zingiber officinale) - 12.5 mg Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris) - 12.5 mg Clove tree (Eugenia caryophyllus) - 5 mg Black pepper extract (Piper nigrum) - 3 mg
