How to use OM3 Cod Liver Oil?
Take 1 capsule daily, ideally with a meal to enhance nutrient absorption. Swallow with a glass of water or another liquid if needed.

Cod liver oil: 440 mg of which vitamin A 159 µg (20% of NRV*) of which vitamin D 1.3 µg (26% of NRV*)
