How to use it
How to use Granions Chondrosteo Flash?
Take 2 capsules in the morning and evening with meals, accompanied by a large glass of water. Follow this regimen for 10 days for intensive support. After this period, reduce to 2 capsules in the morning if needed.
This supplement can be combined with Chondrostéo+ tablets for enhanced effects. Always maintain adequate fluid intake.
