How to use it
From the first signs of discomfort, take 8 capsules a day with a glass of Water, away from any medication you may be taking. For a beneficial effect, this intake should be spread around a meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) by taking 1g of Charcoal (4 capsules) at least half an hour before a meal and 1g of Charcoal (4 capsules) just after a meal.
