How to use it
How to take Arkopharma Arkocapsules Borage Oil?
Take in the morning during meals with a large glass of water. Dosage: 3 capsules daily for adults, 2 for ages 13–18, and 1 for ages 6–12. Suitable for children aged 6 and over.
To make swallowing easier, place the capsules at the back of the mouth before drinking.
