Food supplement based on probiotics, vitamins, minerals and Omegas 3 (EPA and DHA).

Mental & physical energy: Vitamins B12 and C, iron and Magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of energy metabolism and reduce fatigue.

Vitamins B2, B3 and B8 help to maintain normal mucous membranes, particularly in the intestines. The intestine is at the centre of the digestive process, where nutrients are absorbed.

*EPA and DHA are essential polyunsaturated Omegas 3 fatty acids. Omegas are necessary because the body is unable to synthesise them. The beneficial effect on the heart is obtained by consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA a day. The beneficial effect on the brain and vision is obtained by consuming 250 mg of DHA a day.
