How to use it
How to use A.Vogel Sleep Complex?
Shake the bottle well before each use. Add 10 to 20 drops to a glass of water, taken 1 to 2 times daily. For best results, take the first dose in the morning and the second in the evening.
For improved absorption, hold the drops in your mouth for a few seconds before swallowing. Regular use enhances the benefits.
Compositions & ingredients
The composition may be subject to variations, so we advise you to always check the list on the purchased product.
Ingredients: 50% hydro-alcoholic extract of Valerian* (Valeriana officinalis), 50% hydro-alcoholic extract of Hops* (Humulus lupulus). Alcohol: 62% Vol.
The maximum recommended daily dose (40 drops) corresponds to 246 mg of fresh Valerian root and 208.5 mg of fresh Hops cones at preparation.
Taking this food supplement does not replace a balanced and varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Contraindicated in case of known allergy to any of the ingredients. Shake well before use. Store away from light. Keep out of reach of young children. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
This dietary supplement associates Hawthorn with Valerian recognised for its calming effect and its beneficial action on sleep .
This action is completed by the essential oil of Lavender and passionflower that also promotes the return to calm. The synergy of Valerian, hawthorn, lemon balm, passionflower, and lavender helps maintain a natural sleep and normal quality.
