How to use it
Shake well before use. Dilute 10 to 30 drops 1 to 3 times a day, in Water or in an Herbal Teas, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach and ½ hour before meals. The maximum recommended daily dose (90 drops) corresponds on average to 1.3 g of fresh Dandelion when used.
