How to use it
How to use Aromalogie Serenity capsules?
In cases of emotional shock, take 10 capsules within the first 24 hours (4-3-3), followed by 2 capsules three times daily for 5 days. For everyday stress, take 3 capsules daily before meals. During an anxiety attack, take 3–4 capsules at once (repeat if needed). For benzodiazepine withdrawal, take 2 capsules three times daily for 1 month while gradually reducing medication. Swallow with water.
