How to use Arkopharma Arkocapsules Hawkweed?
This supplement is for adults only. Take 2 capsules daily: one in the morning and one at midday, always with meals. Swallow with a full glass of water to aid ingestion.
For optimal results, take consistently. A 3-week course is recommended.
