How to use it
How to use Arkopharma Arkocapsules for Occasional Constipation?
Dissolve 1 to 2 sachets per day in 200 ml of water before breakfast. Stir well to ensure an even suspension. Dosage: 1 sachet per day for ages 12–17, 1–2 sachets per day for adults.
Once improvement is noticed, reduce the frequency of use (1 sachet every 2 days). If constipation persists beyond 5 days, consult a doctor. For ages 12 and above only.
