How should I take Arkopharma Arkocapsules?
Take 1 capsule daily with a large glass of water, preferably with a meal. Start from the second half of your menstrual cycle and continue for 2 months. You may repeat the course several times a year if needed.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
