How to use Arkopharma Arkobiotics Intimate Flora?
Take 1 capsule per day with a glass of water, preferably in the morning before breakfast. Suitable from the first menstrual cycle, including for teenagers aged 12 and over, as well as pregnant and breastfeeding women. For best results, use daily as part of your morning routine. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and humidity, to help preserve the quality of the probiotic strains.

Suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as young girls after their first cycles. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
