How to use Arkopharma Arkomag ampoules?
Take one ampoule daily in the morning for optimal magnesium intake. Dilute in half a glass of water (125 ml) before drinking. Suitable for adults and children aged 6 and over.
Tip: To avoid any bitterness, mix with a lightly sweetened drink. A one-month course is recommended to experience the full benefits.

Adults and children aged 6 and over: take 1 ampoule per day, preferably in the morning. Due to its high active concentration, dilute the snap-open ampoule in half a glass of water (125 ml). The course can be repeated several times a year. As the product is natural, a slight sediment may form but does not affect quality. For this reason, shake the ampoule before diluting.
Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
