How to use the Twistshake orthodontic dummy?
Before first use, sterilise by immersing in boiling water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool, then gently squeeze the teat to remove any residual water. Clean daily with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
Avoid contact with sugary liquids or medications. For optimal hygiene, replace the dummy every 2 months or as soon as signs of wear appear.
