DODIE Newborn Anatomical soother In silicone From birth 0 to 2 months x1 Colours and patterns subject to availability
Dodie's Special Birth 0-2 months anatomical soother is specially designed for newborns and premature babies. Recommended by 98% of midwives1 and 99% of parents2, it soothes and comforts babies from birth. What makes it special is the combination of a small, thin, symmetrically-shaped silicone teat that sits comfortably in the mouth and a small, ultra-ventilated soother made from a very light, soft material. The shape of the soother has been specially designed to leave the space under newborns' noses clear and to limit the risk of irritation. Its little Plus? the transport and sterilisation box that fits all Dodie soothers!
1. Test carried out in November 2022 by the Mothercare Institute with 80 midwives. 2. Test carried out in December 2022 by the Institut des mamans with 68 Mothercares.
Before each use, examine the soother carefully. Pull the soother in all directions. Discard it at the slightest sign of damage or fragility. - Only use dummy clips that comply with EN12586. Never attach ribbons or cords to the soother, as your Children could strangle. - Do not leave the soother in a sterilising solution for longer than the recommended time, as this could weaken the teat. - Do not expose the soother to direct sunlight or near a source of heat. - If the soother gets stuck in your child's mouth, DO NOT BE CONCERNED. It is designed so that this type of incident can be remedied and it will not be swallowed. Remove it from the mouth carefully and as gently as possible. Never give your Children a soother whose teat has been soaked in food or medicines (risk of tooth decay and swallowing). - Replace the soother every six weeks for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to use it
Before using for the first time, keep the soother immersed in boiling water for 5 minutes, then leave to cool. This is for Hygiene reasons. - Before each use, clean the soother with warm soapy water and rinse. - Never give your Children a soother whose nipple has been soaked in food or medicines (risk of tooth decay and ingestion). - Replace the soother every six weeks for hygiene and safety reasons.
