How to use it

Baby to adult: apply in the palm of your hand and gently massage over the entire body. Perineum: massage the perineum every day for 5 to 10 minutes. Universal Massage Oil can be used before, during and after pregnancy and while breast-feeding. Ask your midwife for advice.
