How to use it
As well as using this oil, don't forget to blow your nose and wash your little noses (with a nosewipe, physiological saline solution or seawater spray).

TIPS In foot reflexology, the top of the foot and the toes correspond to the Ear-Nose-Throat sphere. To complement the action of ATCHOUM treatment oil, massage these areas with your thumbs in a gentle circle.
