How to use it
Rinse your nose if it is dry or blocked: Lean your head back. Insert the tip of the single-dose container in your nostril and gently squeeze it. Repeat in the other nostril. Straighten your head to let everything drain and wipe away any excess. Do not blow your nose too intensely for 10 minutes after. With babies, make sure to squeeze the container as gently as possible to ensure the liquid does not reach their inner ear.
Rinse your eyes to keep them clean. If you are taking eye drops, make sure you use them at least 15 minutes before or after using your physiological solution.
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients: Sodium chloride 0.9 g, purified water q.s. ad 100 ml.
Conservation: due to the risk of rapid bacterial contamination, opened containers may not be kept for longer than 24 hours. Keep out of the reach of children. This product is intended for single use only. Do not use the same container for your nose and your eyes. Do not inject. Throw the container away after use. Do not use after the date indicated on the box. You can use as many single-dose containers of saline solution as you like with no risks. If you are taking any medicine administered through the nose or eyes (e.g. eye drops), make sure you use the saline solution before, not after.
