Use: -To temporarily protect sore or cracked nipples during feeding by avoiding direct contact between the nipple and baby's mouth.
To facilitate breastfeeding in mothers who have an ejection reflex too strong.
To ease the transition from bottle to breast in premature infants who have been fed with bottles of breast milk: it is easier to take in the mouth

Before placing the breast end, moisten the inside of the sides with water or breast milk for better adhesion.
Pull the sides a little outwards then put the breast end on the nipple with the Nuk logo down.
During breastfeeding, maintain the breast end by supporting the breast with a "C-grip" (the fingers are flat under the breast, the thumb is above the nipple).
