How to use it

Before use, blow your nose to remove mucus.
Remove the cap.
Tilt your head to the side while standing over the sink.
Carefully place the nozzle in the nostril.
Perform a gentle pressure to allow the solution to exit.
Allow the excess solution to drain away and blow your nose.
Renew for the other nostril.
Wash the nozzle with water and dry it.
Repeat spraying as often as necessary to remove mucus.
Do not use the same spray for different people.
