Scar treatments. The solution for smoothing scars and relieving irritation. The Melicare® medical silicone patch is a self-adhesive silicone dressing composed of a polyurethane film and a thin layer of silicone gel. These components have been selected for their biocompatibility.

How to use it
INDICATIONS
The mechanical action of the self-adhesive silicone dressing flattens the scar and limits its development:
- as a cure for old or recent hypertrophic and keloid scars,
- as a preventive measure for closed wounds to prevent the formation of keloids and hypertrophic scars.
Can also be applied from the age of 6 months on any old or recent scar on any area of the Body other than the mucous membranes.
HOW TO USE
- Cleanse with a neutral soap and dry the scar (once a day)
- Remove the protective film from one side of the dressing and apply the adhesive side to the beginning of the scar
of the scar. Gently remove the rest of the protective film while applying the Plasters
- Wear 24 hours a day and change as soon as it is no longer sufficiently adherent (max. 7 days)
- If necessary, cut the plaster according to the surface to be covered + ½ cm on each side
- Do not apply any cream or gel under the patch to ensure perfect adhesion.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Melicare® medical silicone patch must not be used in the following cases:
- open wounds
- maceration
- burns
- mucous membrane.
In the event of a skin reaction, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor
