Remove the paper from the back of the Milk feeding pad and place the pad in your bra with the sticky side facing your bra. Change the Milk feeding pad regularly to avoid milk leaks.

adhesive residueI am not happy with these nursing pads at all. The adhesive backing leave a sticky residue on my bras that cannot be removed or cleaned. I tried several pairs, and they kept leaving behind the glue. Now, it is just building up. I am now wasting a nearly new box. I have not had this issue with other brands.

Definitely the best pads I've tried![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These feel super soft compared to other brands pads I've used in the past. I love that they're packaged individually which means they are so easy to keep together in my changing bag. They fit nicely and are a good size. I've only tried them with tap water so far up until I give birth but found they held it well and had good absorbency.

The actual material is super soft and it fits very well.
