How to use it
It is advisable to consult a midwife or lactation consultant before using for the first time.
Find the size that's right for you : How do I go about it?
1- Measure after feeding or expressing milk. When fitting the breast pads, the nipple should not be either too compressed or too free. 2- Only the size of the nipple should be taken into account, not the areola. 3- Use our different testers (Colour circles) to find the size that suits you best.
Tip: If you can't measure after feeding, add an extra 2mm to your nipple size.
