Wash your hands before using the product.
Open the sachet.
Remove the hydrogel pad from its plastic protection.
Gently place the side of the compress with the gel directly on your nipple.
Do not use the hydrogel compress if the sachet is open or damaged.
Remove the hydrogel compress before Milk feeding.
Place it on a clean surface.
Gently wash the breast with warm water and pat dry.
You can then put the baby to the breast.
After Milk feeding, reapply the hydrogel compress.
Do not use soaps or detergents to clean the compress
Store the hydrogel pads in a cool, dry place
For an even more refreshing sensation, hydrogel compresses can be stored in the refrigerator
Reusable for 24 hours

If the hydrogel compress becomes cloudy or milky, discard it and use a new one.
Alternative use: To improve the soothing effect, quickly run the gel side of the compress under cold water (1-2 seconds), shake off any excess water and wait 2 minutes before applying. Do not rinse more than twice a day.

Extra precautions must be taken in the event of cracked nipples or fungal infection.
If your nipples are cracked, bleeding or burning, contact your doctor, lactation consultant or midwife
