How to use it
How to prepare Holle Pural organic herbal tea?
Place one tea bag in 200 ml of hot (not boiling) water and leave to infuse for 5–10 minutes. Remove the bag, pour into the bottle and check the temperature (ideally 37°C). Serve between meals or as part of a varied diet.
Store tea bags in a dry place to maintain freshness. A gentle herbal infusion, suitable from 4 months.
