How to use it
2 to 6 sprays a day in each nostril
When using for the first time, carry out a 1st priming spray. Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril. Spray each nostril 1 or 2 times briefly. Allow excess solution to drain away, then wipe dry. And for deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities: Position your baby (0-2 years) lying on their back, or sitting up from the age of 2. Keeping the head tilted to one side (never backwards), gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril. Administer 1 prolonged spray. Allow excess solution to drain out of the other nostril, then wipe. Repeat in the other nostril if necessary. After each use, wash the nozzle thoroughly with warm water and wipe dry with a clean cloth.
