Difrax Lovi postpartum thermo gel pads support recovery after childbirth and can be used hot or cold, depending on your needs.
Hot or cold support
When used cold, the pads help soothe swelling and tenderness after childbirth, including discomfort linked to a perineal tear, haemorrhoids or a caesarean section. When used warm, they provide support for uterine cramps, also known as afterpains.
Comfortable and practical to use
Difrax Lovi pads have a flexible shape that adapts to your body. Wear them discreetly in your underwear or place them on your tummy. To cool them, put them in the fridge or freezer; to warm them, use the microwave. Disposable covers protect the skin and help keep use hygienic. After use, store the pads so they can be reused.
These pads provide thermal support during recovery after childbirth.

How to use it
How to use Difrax Lovi?
To use the pad warm, lay it flat in the microwave and heat for 20 seconds at 385 W or 25 seconds at 600 W. Check that it is warm, then heat for a further 5 seconds if needed. You can also immerse it in boiling water, removed from the heat, for 2 to 3 minutes. Do not leave it unattended or let it touch the bottom of the pan.
To use it cold, place it in the freezer at −18 °C for 2 hours. In either case, slip it into a cover or wrap it in a cotton cloth, and check the temperature before applying it to the sore area. Limit each cold application to 20 minutes. Wipe the pad before use.

Before each use, check that the compress is not damaged or leaking; do not use it if it is damaged. Never put a frozen compress in the microwave or a hot compress in the freezer. Store the compresses in a cool, dry place.
