Early Detection Pregnancy Test :

When you want to know if you're pregnant, it can be difficult to wait before taking a test. That's why the Clearblue Early Result Pregnancy Test can be used up to 6 days before your period is due to start, which is 5 days before your period starts (your expected period).1

Pregnancy Test Estimating Pregnancy Age:

The Clearblue Digital pregnancy test is the only digital test to determine the age of your pregnancy. Its Smart Dual Sensor System displays in words whether you are pregnant ("Pregnant") or not ("Not Pregnant") AND how long you have been pregnant.

2 tests in 1: firstly, the Clearblue Digital pregnancy test detects the presence or absence of the pregnancy hormone with over ^99%1 reliability from the presumed date of your period, and if you are pregnant, it ALSO indicates how many weeks have passed since conception (1 to 2 weeks, 2 to 3 weeks, Plus 3 weeks).

The result "Pregnant" or "Not pregnant" will appear on the screen within 3 minutes of the test. If the test shows "Pregnant", it also indicates how many weeks have passed since conception: "1-2", "2-3" or "3+" (93% ^reliable1).

How to use it

You can take a test up to 6 days before your period is due to start, which corresponds to 5 days before the expected date of your period (see question 3 below).
If you do the test before the expected date of your period, use the first morning's urine. Otherwise, you can take the test at any time during the day.
Avoid drinking too much before taking the test.

Remove the protective pouch and take off the cap. Use the test stick immediately.

CHOOSE YOUR TEST METHOD

IMPORTANT: The control rod instantly turns pink to indicate that it is absorbing urine.

A) Hold the control stick under your urine stream for exactly 5 seconds.

B) For exactly 20 seconds, completely immerse only the stem in a sample of your urine collected in a clean, dry container.

If the control rod has not turned completely pink, refer to question 7.
Replace the cap and lay the test stick flat.
Start timing.

A line may start to appear quickly in the control window, but you MUST wait 3 minutes before reading your result. If no blue line appears in the control window, the test did not work (see Q8).
If your result is "Not pregnant", go back to question 4.
If your result is "Pregnant", go back to question 3.
If you are still not sure of your result, go on to question 9.

IMPORTANT! You must read the result no later than 10 minutes after taking the test. Do not take into account any changes after this time.

If you take the test on the expected date of your period, you can take it at any time during the day. If you take the test before the expected date of your period, use the first urine of the day to obtain a reliable result for estimating the age of your pregnancy. Avoid drinking too much before taking the test.

When you're ready to take the test, take the test stick out of its packaging, remove the blue cap and use the test straight away.
Hold the absorbent stick pointing downwards under the stream of urine for just 5 seconds. Take care not to get the rest of the test stick wet.
Or dip the absorbent stick for just 20 seconds into a urine sample that you have stored in a clean, dry container.

The hourglass symbol starts flashing, confirming that the test is in progress. The hourglass stops flashing and the result appears.

- The result is displayed within 3 minutes.
- It is possible that the "Pregnant" result will appear before the pregnancy age indication. Wait until the hourglass stops flashing to see how many weeks have passed since conception.
- The test results are displayed for approximately 24 hours.
