How to use it
How to use Prorhinel nasal spray?
For effective nasal irrigation: blow your nose gently, tilt your head to one side and insert the nozzle into the upper nostril. Spray for 2–3 seconds while blocking the opposite nostril. Repeat on the other side. Use 1–3 times per nostril daily.
To hydrate: spray 2 short bursts into each nostril, 2–3 times a day. Avoid blowing your nose forcefully for 10 minutes after use.
