How to use it
In washing by cure of 10 to 15 days.
Can be used everyday at any time of the day. 2 to 4 sprays per day. In case of nasal congestion or runny nose, renew several times a day.
Hold the spray straight, gently introduce the nosepiece at the entrance of the nostril and exert a brief pressure on the tip.

Seawater for washing and humidifying the nasal passages of adults, children and infants. Stérimar restores the natural moisture of the nose and facilitates the blowing. Thanks to its micro diffusion, Stérimar allows a washing of the nasal passages while softness.
Nasal sea water spray, recommended if suffering from chronic and/or relapse damaged nasal lining afflictions.
