How to use it
or babies from 1 month to 2 years.
For daily preventive hygiene: Use daily 2 sprays in each nostril in the morning and evening, even if baby's nose is not running. To help with blowing the nose and to prevent ENT infections: otitis, rhinitis, pharyngitis...
Runny or blocked nose in case of cold and rhinopharyngitis: Renew as often as necessary to clear the nose and eliminate mucus
1 - Lay your baby down and tilt his head to the side, never backwards to avoid any risk of a false start 2 - Gently insert the nozzle into a nostril and apply short, firm pressure to release the solution 3 - After a few seconds, the solution usually comes out of the other nostril, which is a sign that the washing has been completed. In case of nasal congestion, when the solution does not go through the other nostril, use the Physiomer® Baby Nose Spray to evacuate all the secretions. 4 - Turn your baby's head to the other side and repeat the application in the other nostril 5 - Straighten your baby by taking him in your arms, blow his nose or wipe with a clean cloth 6 - Wash the nozzle under hot water after use.

Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging. Use by more than one person may transmit infection. Do not use if the packaging is not in its original condition. In case of nasal irritation, temporary stinging may occur during use. If symptoms persist beyond 5 days for babies and 10 days for adults and children, consult your doctor.
