How to use it
Sterimar Sulfur is to be used as a course of treatment for 10 to 15 days.
2 to 4 sprays a day in each nostril.
Introduce the nozzle into the nostril. Gently press down on the spray for a few seconds and let any excess solution discharge itself. Then do the same in the other nostril. Clean the end with soapy water, rinse and dry.
