How to use it
How to use Sterimar Nasal Hygiene Cold Defences?
For daily hygiene: keep your head upright, spray 1 to 2 times in each nostril and then blow your nose. For a deep cleanse: tilt your head to one side, spray for 2–3 seconds in the upper nostril. Clean the nozzle after each use.
