How to use it
Ease of use :
Wash your hands.
Fold the menstrual cup SELENACUP as shown on the drawing and insert it into the vagina; if necessary you can use water or lubricant.
Remove and empty the cup at the latest after 8 to 12 hours.
After rinsing with water, you can immediately reuse it.
After insertion, the cup will open completely into the vagina. You can easily check for proper positioning by turning your finger around the cup. The menstrual cup installed, does not move because the muscles of the vagina keep it in position.
During the menstrual period, after emptying the SELENACUP cup, rinse with clear water.
