How to use Saugella CottonTouch maternity pads?
Wash your hands before and after use. Unfold the pad and place it in your underwear with the cotton side against your skin for maximum comfort. Change it as soon as it feels damp or saturated – ideally every 3–4 hours to help prevent irritation.
After use, wrap the pad in its original packaging or toilet paper before disposing of it. For enhanced hygiene, pair it with a dedicated postpartum care routine, such as Saugella Triple Protection.
