The skin's hydrolipidic film is fragile and when the skin doesn't secrete enough sebum, it no longer provides sufficient protection. It can also be damaged by unsuitable cleansing products. In both cases, the result is the same: this protective barrier no longer retains enough water (increase in insensible water loss) and makes our epidermis more sensitive to the many and varied attacks it suffers.
As a result, Skin becomes dehydrated* more quickly and tends to become irritated.
Skin therefore needs to be soothed, repaired and the hydrolipidic film restored.
Camelina plant oil is very rich in Omegas 3, fatty acids known to soothe minor irritations and redness.
For repair, our Skincare oil contains Bisabolol - a natural soothing active ingredient - and revitalising petitgrain bigaradier essential oil.
Avocado oil, rich in sebum-like Omegas 9, helps protect the skin from aggression and limits insensible water loss by forming a film on its surface.
