How to use Saugella CottonTouch tampons?
Change your tampon every 4 to 6 hours to maintain hygiene and comfort. Insert gently, following the instructions on the packaging. Choose the absorbency level that matches your flow.
Always wash your hands before and after use. Avoid wearing tampons overnight—opt for a sanitary pad for safe, uninterrupted sleep.
Compositions & ingredients
The composition may be subject to variations, so we advise you to always check the list on the purchased product.
The enclosed leaflet contains instructions for tampon use. It also includes important information about Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), a serious and potentially life-threatening condition associated with tampon use. Please read and remember these details. On average, tampons should be changed every 4 hours (with a maximum wear time of 6 hours). For the best protection, choose the absorbency level suited to your flow, always opting for the lowest absorbency needed. During the night, it is recommended to use external intimate hygiene protection.
