This medical device is specially designed for use with the Marimer kit, providing deep nasal irrigation with a formula enriched with sodium bicarbonate and hyaluronic acid. Optimal nasal irrigation
These refills contain a saline solution enriched with 9 mg (0.35%) hyaluronic acid, an active ingredient known for its moisturising and soothing properties. Dissolve one sachet in the kit’s bottle to create a continuous-flow nasal wash that effectively removes impurities and secretions. For more pronounced symptoms, two sachets can be used to enhance the decongestant and purifying action. This system is particularly suitable for people with chronic sinusitis or allergic rhinitis, providing immediate and lasting comfort.

How to use it
It is recommended to rinse with the isotonic solution (1 sachet) twice a day, morning and evening. It is recommended to rinse with the hypertonic solution (2 sachets) twice a day for a maximum of 10 days.
1. Wash the bottle thoroughly with warm running water. Do not use detergent. 2. Fill the nasal irrigation kit bottle with natural mineral water from a bottle or water that has been boiled for at least 1 minute. 3. Use water at a temperature between +35°C and +40°C. If it is too hot, allow it to cool. Fill the bottle up to the line. 4. Dissolve the contents of 1 or 2 sachets in 240 ml of water.
Use 1 sachet (isotonic solution, with a balanced tonicity in relation to the nose: 1.1%) for daily nasal hygiene and in cases of allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, colds and night-time snoring. Use 2 sachets (hypertonic solution: 2.2%) in cases of severe nasal congestion and chronic sinusitis.
5. Shake the bottle until the solution has completely dissolved in the water. 6. Lean over the sink and tilt your head slightly forwards, while keeping the bottle upright. 7. Insert the tip of the bottle into one nostril and breathe through your mouth. 8. Apply gentle pressure to the base of the bottle. Wait for the solution to flow into your nose and out through the other nostril. Keep your mouth open during the rinse. 9. When irrigation is complete, keep your head tilted forwards for a few moments. 10. Repeat the same process in the other nostril. 11. Blow your nose gently. 12. Wash the bottle again as described in step 1. 13. Replace the bottle every 3 months of use.

Stop nasal washing and consult your doctor if you experience discomfort or pain in your nose or ear. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use for any purpose other than that expressly indicated by the manufacturer in these instructions for use. Consult your doctor before using it alongside medicines or other medical devices. In the event of side effects, stop using the product, inform the manufacturer immediately and consult your doctor.
