Marimer Nasal Cleansing Kit 30 sachets saline solution

Wash thoroughly with warm running water (do not use detergent).

Fill the nasal wash kit bottle with bottled natural mineral water or water that has been boiled for at least 1 minute. Use water at a temperature of between +35°C and +40°C (if it is too hot, allow it to cool), filling the bottle to the brim. Dissolve the contents of 1 or 2 sachets in 240 ml of Water.
Use 1 sachet (isotonic solution, tonicity balanced in relation to the nose: 1.1%) for Daily Hygiene, as well as for allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, colds and night-time snoring.
Use 2 sachets (hypertonic solution: 2.2%) in cases of severe nasal congestion; chronic sinusitis.
Shake the bottle until the solution has completely dissolved in the Water.
With your body stretched out towards the washbasin, tilt your head slightly forward while holding the bottle upright.
Insert the end of the bottle into one nostril, breathing through your mouth.
Apply gentle pressure to the base of the bottle. Wait for the solution to flow into the nose, exiting through the other nostril. Keep your mouth open during washing.
When irrigation is complete, leave your head tilted forward for a few moments.
Repeat the same operation in the other nostril.
Blow your nose gently.
Wash the bottle again as described in the first point.
It is recommended to replace the bottle every 3 months of use.
