How to use it
How to use Gifrer Sinomarin Nasal Spray?
Spray 1 to 2 times into each nostril, 2 to 3 times daily for a minimum of 7 days (up to 30 days). Blow your nose before use. Tilt your head to one side, insert the nozzle into the opposite nostril and spray. Repeat on the other side. Allow a few seconds for the spray to take effect before blowing your nose. After each use, rinse the nozzle with warm water.
