How to use it
1 / Remove from the plate a double-capsule [compressed mask + lotion]. Squeeze the lotion capsule. Peel off the seal on the mask side when it is completely impregnated. 2 / Lie down in a comfortable position. 3 / Launch the relaxation podcast previously downloaded using the flashcode printed on the Eye Decompress case or on https://www.talika.fr/podcast/podcast-relaxant 4 / Deploy the mask and apply it on the eyes closed. 5 / Be guided 10 minutes by the voice of Arnaud Caby. 6 / Remove the mask, penetrate the excess with the pulp of the fingers.
