Hot in the Bath: Place in hot water (max. 80°C) for 1 minute. Remove from the water and dry with a towel. Hot in a microwave: Place in a microwave oven (800W recommended). Distribute the beads evenly. Heat for 15 seconds. Repeat if necessary in 5 second intervals. Wait at least 1 minute before applying. Heating times may vary depending on the power of the microwave.

Composition: Non-toxic Gel: water, glycerine, sodium polyacrylate beads, polyethylene glycol, sodium chloride, propylene glycol, denatonium benzoate (bittering agent to reduce the risk of ingestion), preservative.
