Composition: Non-toxic Gel: water, glycerine, sodium polyacrylate beads, polyethylene glycol, sodium chloride, propylene glycol, denatonium benzoate (bittering agent to reduce the risk of ingestion), preservative.

To avoid burns, always wrap the compress in a towel before each use.
Each use should not exceed Plus 20 minutes. Overheating or prolonged application may cause injury. Do not heat in a conventional oven or grill.

- Freezer (-6°C): 30 minutes
- Freezer (-18°C): 15 minutes
Hot in the Bath: Place in hot water (max. 80°C) for 1 minute. Remove from the water and dry with a towel.
Hot in a microwave: Place in a microwave oven (800W recommended). Distribute the beads evenly. Heat for 15 seconds. Repeat if necessary in 5 second intervals. Wait at least 1 minute before applying. Heating times may vary depending on the power of the microwave.
